To complete the registration forms you will need your most current inspection certificate.
Carlsen's does not have inspection records. You must either check your records or
contact your inspector.
You will also need details of your elevator's manufacturer, serial number, date of
installation, etc. Unless Carlsen's installed the unit we will not have the information you
need.

New State rules and regulations mandates that a Qualified Elevator Inspector must be
present during all Full and No Load Pressure Relief Safety Tests.
The inspection company will charge a fee for this. For details please call our office as the
method of billing differs. Depending on the inspection company you will either be invoiced
directly from them, or they will invoice Carlsen's and we in turn will bill you. Please
remember this is not our fee as our prices for Safety Tests has not increased.

Also regarding inspections, Carlsen's has no control over the scheduling of inspections.
When we notify the inspector that an inspection or witnessing is required they will
schedule the appointment. Once scheduled they will inform us of the date and time then
we will notify you.
